Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Packages will be shipped out on business days (M-F) within two business days of ordering.

Tracking your order:

Depending on if you entered your email or phone number when ordering you will receive an email or a text with shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.

You can search your inbox for an email from support@molecular fertility with a subject line that starts with "A Shipment from order."

Please ensure you track your shipment carefully to ensure you are able to retrieve the package from your porch or package delivery area in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement once the product has been marked as delivered.

 

Carrier Delays and Shipping Updates:

We apologize if you've had any delays with your order. We understand how frustrating it is and we appreciate your patience. The truth is, shipping carrier networks are currently experiencing unprecedented volume which is made worse to due covid.

If your order hasn’t moved, know that your shipment is still likely moving through the carrier network. If it has been 14 days since the last tracking update, please shoot us an email at support@molecularfertility.com, so we can take a look. 

After 20 days without a tracking update, we can file a claim with the carrier and send out a new package or issue a refund.

If you would like a replacement sent before 20 days has elapsed without a tracking update you will need to place another order. This may sound strange if you haven’t received your first shipment, but it will usually enable you to receive the product the fastest. If the first order ends up arriving we can send you a return label and issue a refund. If the first order never arrives, we can similarly issue a refund after 20 days with no tracking update.  You will not end up double-paying.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages:

On the rare occasion that a package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, please contact the shipping carrier and look carefully around your house. It may also be helpful to check with neighbors as packages are occasionally delivered to the wrong house or unit number.

It is important that you track your shipment carefully to ensure you are able to retrieve the package from your porch or package delivery area in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement once the product has been marked as delivered.

Holiday Shipping Exceptions:

Orders may be delayed up to one business day from November 20th until December 31st along with national holidays due to an increase in orders and limited operating hours of shipping services.

International Shipping:

While we do allow orders to be placed and shipped to locations outside of the united states, we do not guarantee the product delivery due to uncertainty in international shipping nor do we offer any refund on items that are lost or otherwise not delivered.

Covid-19 Exceptions: 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, orders may take up to 4 business days to process and ship.
